Terms and Conditions for K.M. Computer Institute Franchise
Welcome to K.M. Computer Institute! By becoming our franchise partner, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
The franchise agreement is a legal contract between K.M. Computer Institute (the "Franchisor") and the franchisee (the "Franchisee").
The agreement will be valid for an initial period as specified, with options for renewal based on mutual consent and compliance with the terms.
The Franchisee agrees to pay the initial franchise fee as outlined in the franchise agreement.
A royalty fee, calculated as a percentage of the monthly revenue or as specified, must be paid regularly.
The Franchisee can offer the courses provided by K.M. Computer Institute or introduce their own courses, subject to approval by the Franchisor.
All course materials, branding, and intellectual property remain the property of K.M. Computer Institute.
The Franchisee must use the brand name, logo, and marketing materials provided by the Franchisor.
Any marketing or promotional activities require prior approval from the Franchisor.
The Franchisor will provide initial training to the Franchisee and staff, along with continuous support.
The Franchisee is responsible for training faculty members and maintaining quality standards.
The Franchisee must adhere to the operational guidelines, quality standards, and ethical practices set by K.M. Computer Institute.
Regular audits and inspections may be conducted to ensure compliance.
The Franchisee is responsible for all operational expenses, including rent, utilities, staff salaries, and maintenance.
The Franchisor is not liable for any financial losses incurred by the Franchisee.
The Franchisee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, course materials, and business strategies of K.M. Computer Institute.
The franchise agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement.
Upon termination, the Franchisee must cease using all branding, materials, and intellectual property of K.M. Computer Institute.
Any disputes arising from the franchise agreement will be resolved through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
